Over a 3-month split test, Micki ran side-by-side against Reflo’s in-house abandonment setup (covering cart, checkout and browse abandonment).
With highly personalised, data-driven recovery emails, Micki delivered a 4.7x increase in recovered revenue, a 4.4x uplift in recovery rate, and a 28% jump in average order value - contributing 17% of total monthly sales each month.
For Reflo, that made Micki one of the highest-ROI initiatives of the year, and a key contributor to their broader growth goals.

Before working with Micki, Reflo had a solid abandonment strategy in place. Built by their agency and powered by Klaviyo’s tracking events, they were running browse, cart, and checkout flows that followed typical 'best practices'.
